Principal Contractor

GPC74 has a wealth of experience in project management and the role of Principal Contractor ensuring that projects are planned, managed and co-ordinated throughout the construction phase focussing on reducing and controlling risk at all times.
Training is key in our core skills. All site management and supervisor staff hold the CITB Site Safety Plus Certificate for site management / site supervisor as well as the IOSH managing safety qualifications coupled with many more industry qualifications and years of site experience.
We ensure that CDM 2015 regulations are enforced and all HSE guidelines are met.
