GPC74 has a wealth of experience in project management and the role of Principal Contractor ensuring that projects are planned, managed and coordinated throughout the construction phase focusing on reducing and controlling risk at all times.
We are fully compliant with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). Acting as Principal Contractor we ensure CDM compliance of not only ourselves, but those who are also under our control. All relevant investigation and documentation is completed prior to the construction phase. This can include items such as the Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Method Statements and Risk Assessments, drawing packages, service locations, emergency plans, traffic management plans etc.
